E-Class Breakdown

1. Step One:

  • Come up with the topic.
    • Should be an IMMEDIATE SOLUTION to a pressing CURRENT problem in your niche
      • Relevant NOW ==> not sometime in the FUTURE
      • Something that will benefit from an EXTENDED explanation
      • MUST be in a market where people are willing to INVEST in this kind of information
        • EXAMPLES => Copywritng, Product Creation, NLP & Hypnosis, Video Marketing, Membership Sites, Traffic Generation, List Building, Webinars, PLR, etc.
  • Topic Shortcut #1 ==> Survey
    • Offer your list 3 potential topics and poll them
    • Go to a JV partner and poll THEIR subscribers (Offer 3 potential topics)

==> This will allow you to see the problems your audience needs solved

  • Topic Shortcut #2 ==> Snipe popular standalone products
    • Find something HOT and selling well currently
    • Cover the same topic in an e-Class format
    • Topic Shortcut #3 ==> Warrior Forum
      • Look at WSO is selling well
      • Look at what are people discussing NOW

2. Step Two:

  • Break that topic down into 4-6 subtopics
    • Cover each sub-topic in one webinar
    • DON’T make it a sequential step-by-step sequence
      • Make each class awesome enough to stand on its own
      • Use the LAST CLASS to tie up all the loose ends and bring it all together
      • People will fall behind and will not follow you
    • EACH Webinar should have a headline (i.e. a hook)
    • Use MINDMAPS over Power Point
      • It is easier to add stuff to on the fly

3. Step Three:

  • Create a webinar presentation to pitch the e-Class
    • Sell it through a WEBINAR ==>because it IS a webinar
    • Intro
      • Less than 5 minutes
      • Give a REASON to stay to the end of the call
    • 45 minutes of content
      • Pick ONE aspect of ONE week and give an A to Z system for that topic
    • Close
      • Explain why COACHING is better than E-books or other “pre-made” content
      • Explain how “group” coaching gives you personal access without costing $5,000
      • Describe Each Week in a quick snapshot
    • Pricing
      • 5 installments of $99.50 spaced 31 days apart

4. Step Four:

  • Create a simple landing page and member’s area
  • The landing page should be less than 3 pages
  • NO autoplay video
    • Audience will be watching your webinar right now when they go to the page!
    • Only include a summary of the offer ==> guarantee ==>price justification ==>bonuses
    • Stress that they have LIFETIME access
    • Use the WordPress theme “Cutline”
    • Use Membership Plugin called “WP Member Champ”
    • Only respond to comments IF you have a few people in the members area
      • If you have HUNDREDS, just say “The comments section is for YOU to interact with other members”

5. Step Five:

  • Find as many JV’s as possible and run the webinar to as MANY lists as possible
  • Base your e-Class launch around ONE big player
    • Book your e-Class with that ONE guy
    • Once he’s on-board => add other people and say “Hey…James Jones is promoting this…”
    • This will give you instant Social Proof
    • If you have NO relationships with JV’s
      • Send 7 e-mails (Less if you get a response)
      • Make them FUN yet persistent (Funny and entertaining)
      • No big player is going to respond to EVERY e-mail and will rarely respond to the first email
        • . 90% of product creators give up trying to make contact after ONE e-mail
    • Examples of Jason e-mails ==>He pretends to be his DAUGHTER:
      • “My Daddy is sad because you won’t answer his e-mail. He’s a great Daddy and his products are really good. He’s crying on the couch…won’t you please answer his e-mail?”

6. Speed of Implementation:

  • Put something out there and make money.
